ASSET REUNIFICATION

Another recovery service that North East Recovery Solutions performs to the commercial sector is the recovery of "Assets" from The State Of New Jersey, Department Of The Treasury.
We have access to State portals that indicate funds that are actively being held. After making contact and advising our Clients of the process, we then provide documents for them to notarize and sign for return as their acting Single Power of Attorney to submit to The State on their behalf. We help issuers to satisfy escheatment obligations by finding and returning owners their rightful property.
If the requested information matches The State records, they send a Property Detail Sheet outlining the claims to you and then issue a check in the Persons or Claimants company name that is sent direct to you for your deposit. Our processing center issues our allowable percentage commission invoice and then forwards it on to you for remittance. "NO UPFRONT FEES; NO RISK."
